How quickly do you need your order?

Choose between Standard Service and Fast Track Service depending on how quickly you need your order dispatched or ready for pickup.

Courier delivery time is additional.

Courier delivery is typically 1-3 working days, depending on your location. All orders are dispatched from Hamilton, New Zealand. Please allow additional time for rural delivery. Once a parcel has been collected by the courier, delivery is outside of our control and cannot be guaranteed.

The turnaround and delivery information provided on this page is all we are able to provide when planning for a deadline. We cannot confirm or guarantee whether a courier order will arrive by a specific date. Please use the timeframes below to select the service that best suits your requirements.
Standard Service
Up to 5 working days to dispatch
  • Processed in our normal production queue
  • Dispatched or ready for pickup within 5 working days

Fast Track Service
1-2 working days to dispatch
  • Prioritised ahead of standard orders
  • Dispatched or ready for pickup within 1-2 working days
  • Fast Track Fee
    $20 + 7.5% of order total

Courier Delivery

We can guarantee how quickly we process and dispatch your order. We cannot guarantee how quickly a courier will deliver it.

Courier delivery is typically 1-3 working days, depending on your location. All orders are dispatched from Hamilton, New Zealand. This is an estimated delivery timeframe only and is not guaranteed.

We use NZ Post and Post Haste for courier delivery. Please allow additional delivery time for rural addresses.

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, delivery is outside of our control. Delays can occur that are beyond our control.

We cannot guarantee that a courier order will arrive before your prizegiving, event or other required date.

If you are working to a firm deadline, please allow additional time for courier delivery or select pickup from our Hamilton premises where possible.

Fast Track Service Terms

Fast Track places your order ahead of standard orders in our production queue.

Your order will be dispatched or ready for pickup within 1-2 working days.

The 1-2 working day timeframe applies to production and dispatch only. It does not include courier delivery time.

If your order requires a proof, production can only proceed once the proof has been approved. Any delay in approving your proof will affect the turnaround time.

The Fast Track fee is shown at checkout and is in addition to standard shipping charges.
