To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it.
Customized or personalized trophies and awards cannot be returned unless they are damaged or contain errors that are our responsibility.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

3. Packaging and Shipping

Safely package the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Clearly label the package with the provided RMA number (if applicable).
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return item(s) to us, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or the item arrived damaged.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
If the return is approved, we will process a refund or replacement as per your request.

5. Refund or Replacement

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 3 days for the refund to be credited to your account.
If you opt for a replacement, we will send you a new item of the same type and value as the one you returned.
