We provide fast turn around times to ensure we ship your order as soon as possible. Once dispatched, we email parcel tracking information for your convenience.

Trophies & Medals: Typically fulfilled within 2 - 5 days, depending on quantity; larger orders may require additional time.

Awards Requiring Proofing: (e.g., crystal, acrylic, plaques, silver cups): Completion varies from 2-5 days, contingent upon quantities and revisions to proofs before final approval.

Custom Decorative Centres: If your order requires Custom Centres, please allow 2-3 days for production, as the Custom Centres require 36 hours to cure.

Click and Collect Option: Convenient pick-ups are available from our Hamilton store during business hours. Simply select pickup during the final stage of checkout. You'll be notified via email or text once your online order is ready for collection.

Shipping Charges: Online order shipping incurs a flat rate of $10.60 for North Island and $12.80 for the rest of New Zealand per order. Rural deliveries incur an additional $5.00.

Shipping Durations: Upon completion, orders are dispatched via courier service with Courier Post or Post Haste.

North Island: Usually next-day for delivery.
South Island: Allow 2-3 days for delivery.
Rural addresses may experience an additional one-day delay.
In the event of absence during delivery attempts, courier companies leave a notification card with retrieval instructions. Weekend deliveries can be arranged with additional charges.
