What we need if you do not use the webstore.

1. Trophy/Item code
2. Colour
3. Sport or theme
4. Engraving required
5. Delivery address & contact details
6. Event Date

Note: All orders will be costed & confirmed prior to commencement.

Payment

2. Credit Card: Visa or Mastercard
3. Bank Deposit: ASB Bank, Acct: 12-3123-0013139-00 Acct Name: T/A Awards NZ
4. EFTPOS: Pick ups only

All prices include G.S.T.

Trophy prices include standard figurines.

Other figurines available at a small additional cost.

Standard engraving is included in prices (i.e. 3 lines of text only). Additional charges of $1.10 per line if engraving is more that 3 lines.

Medal price includes ribbon and standard engraving (i.e. 3 lines of text only).

Payment - Orders must be paid for prior to dispatch by either Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Bank Deposit or Cash.

Dispatch - Courier fee is $6.60 for North Island parcels, & $8.80 for South Island Parcels. Rural delivery, add $3.80 on all parcels. Saturday delivery, add $3.80 on all parcels.
